Client Data and Outputs
Client Data means content, files, datasets, prompts, instructions, and records you supply or authorize us to access. You retain ownership of Client Data. You grant Aiolic a limited license to process Client Data solely to provide and support the services in accordance with your instructions and applicable law.
Model outputs may vary based on input quality, configuration, and third-party components. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy and suitability in your context.
Intellectual Property
Aiolic and its licensors own the services, software, models, documentation, and related intellectual property. Except for rights expressly granted, no license is implied. You grant Aiolic the right to use feedback to improve the services.
Fees, Trials, and Renewals
Paid plans, trials, and renewals are described at checkout or in an order form. Fees are due as stated. Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel future renewals as described in your account or order form.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive the other’s confidential information. The receiving party will protect it using at least reasonable care and use it only to perform obligations or exercise rights under these Terms.
Warranties and Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiolic disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free or meet your requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiolic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to Aiolic for the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You will indemnify Aiolic against claims arising from your Client Data, misuse of the services, or violation of these Terms or law.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk to security, integrity, or availability. You may terminate at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable unless stated in an order form.
Export and Sanctions
You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use the services in prohibited jurisdictions or for prohibited purposes.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by confidential arbitration in New Delhi, India, in English, under rules of a recognized arbitral institution. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or breach of confidentiality.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide notice on the site or by email when appropriate.
